healthy food

Aku kalu bab letak title mmg failed...takper yg penting aku tak kira nak story gak..

Brown rice...dah beli...murah sgt..jimat dari beras putih...tp yg tak bessnyer aku lum try masak lagi...sbb cadangnyer nak bawak bekal p opis..last asik bz ajer...maybe next week la kot lepas bawak MIL & FIL p jalan2 this weekend..yg tak bestnyer aku lum book hotel lagi....adduii phening2....

Almond...good for snackingkan & most important is healthy...and sesuai utk blood type O & A (hubby A) aku envy dia nyer blood type..dia lak envy aku nyer coz he like meet..aku lak crazy with cereal & vege......yg lain tu aku tak amik kisah sgt laa...haha..tapi most of food kami mmg serasi..sonang nak beli...lucky

Dinner la ni aku tak makan dah aku cuma makan ni ajer

Plum - benefit for O blood type jugak...la ni buah2 lain aku tak layan dah...GREEN APPLE aku dah stop...sbb asik sembelit ajer..this fruit mmg bagus ...dia act like a natural julap...pastu aku amik GUAVA + susu HL...aku prefer Vanilla flavour..itu aje..sbb dulu mesti nak milo...nak makan roti la apala..yelah aku kan balik agak lewat sikit so my dinner will be 8.30pm camtu..so better start eating mcm gini....kalu lapar giler aku amik biskut Jacob yg IRON...baru jer nak try..sedap rasa vege....IKO tak suker lagi..manis sgt...lagi pun aku kena avoid oat & cereal...

for snacking aku amik PRUNE pulak 3 bijik sekali & of course good for O type blood..saja2 jer ikut..tapi tk lah strict sgt...mana food not allowed tu mmg aku tak makan...mungkin people will said..POYO jer dia ni...entah yer tak tidak BLOOD TYPE DIET...tp so far aku try yg mana food allowed tu ada gak lah berkesan...especially O type ni selalu ada poblem dgn perut...nak membuang mmg masalah besau...baru jer try...mula2 mmg payah sbb bnyk food aku tak berapa suker but benefit to me..tapi lama2 oklaa...

Memandangkan RED MOON aku dah nak sampai.....aku mulalah craving macam pregant 10 bulan. Sedap lah mende ni...murah pun murah...yg penting tak de tax...aku kan kedekut...haha

Yang ni amik skali skala leh la.lepas kan gian.....of course yg ni not healthy ...

lps try beras perang, bgtau ye..apa rasa..x nah g mia beli beras perang...terbayang mcm2..klu sedap & ok..mia nk beli gak...mmg bgs guna beras perang ni..hehe

hi mia...tulah next week try nanti i bg tau k...mmg ler tak brp nak sedap mcm beras putih.Dulu pernah makan lepas tu STOP...but now nak start balik sbb bile tapau makan nasi putih i buang ..kan membazir...i masak sendiri lagi baguskan..jimat & sihat..but utk kurangkan berat mmg bagus ...
