Food & Exercise update

26/12/08
bfast - roti canai + teh tarik....kantoi
lunch - lapo giler...vitacare nestum + biskut kering 3 keping sedap lak pulek...not out for lunch coz boss dgn hati yg baik bg balik awal...ala itupun sbb kami tinggai bdua....
tea time - tingin nak makan nasi tp sbb takut gumuk batal kan niat.....p GROUP BASE...very nice & cheap....and big portion too....careful when you order...I oder ginger beef kue tiaw & my hubby wantan....siap dgn cucuq lagi....oily tuuu...





terus p IKANO....p ACE HARDWARE....sbb nak beli brg for gardening.....
Dinner- baik punye makan mee goreng + nescafe ice...entah apa2 laa
balik umah regret.....padan muka aku...nak sedapkan ati...takpelaaa tak amik nasi pun...

bfast - nasi lemak bungkus.....+ nescafe decaf+ fresh orange....so to burn the nasi lemak I la ni dah start my daily workout follow CD Khaty Smith about 1 hour.....fuyoo peluh giler....i suke sgt follow her workout...and the most important I learnt to burnt the fat is to check your heart rate while doing the exercise....tak cukup dgn itu I buat housework.....tp mmg lemax ku degil susah naaa nak turun...sedih betull...tp I tetap akan workout daily no matter what...I pun hampir putus asa...but when I read BIM's blog i bangkit semula...takkan my weight tak reduce I want to stop my exercise & sesuka hati nak makan apa.....
Lunch - sbb morning heavy....I cuma amik salad+sikit thousand island+roti wholemeal
Dinner- I ate meatball MARINA's brand wt salad sedap....real meat...good for my blood O
Workout lagi sbb mcm tak sedap ati....CD 28 days to burnt your fat......actually the CD's for my hubby sbb tummy dia dah naik...last2 aku yg buat.....hubby i mmg mula2 jer lepas tu ker laut.
DAY 1 - warm up 10 min
aerobics 20 min
cool down 5 min
kire lencun la gak....lepak kat umah the wholeday...

Hubby wa takde p buat live band for wedding kat PJ ...boring giler dia takde....
Bfast - nasi lemak bungkus lagi....tak habis2 biler nak tobat nie
workout DAY 2 nyer program - Warm up + aerobics+endurance+cool down....
Lunch- green apple+ roti bakar ala2 kopitiam
Dinner - hubby bawak BERIYANI+ ayam bakar+gulai daging+masak asam nenas....ya rabbi dua kali tambah....sabar jelahhh pastu minum minum lemon jus w/out sugar....
ala skali2 skala kan...sedap nyer

AWAL MUHARRAM -yeye cuti lagi ....Alhamdullilah Allah panjangkan umurku....moga2 hidup nie membawa kebaikan....AMIN
pagi2 buta dah workout DAY 3 - Warm up, Endurance, weight & cool down...
bfast - nasi lemak lagi...hubby siap sound...i habis laaa workout bantai nasi lemak....saper suruh beli....geram nyer
lunch - makan KOPITIAM PAK RAMLEE baru bukak at my area...u all jgn p laaa mahai & bukannya sedap pun...actually KOPITIAM ni mmg melampau tau......mahai giler tapi not soo nice...makan entah apa2 RM28...sabar jelaa.. I dah band kopitiam...kalu tingin beli jer roti tu ...toast buat kat umag jimat & lagi sedap
Dinner - Dominoes.....rupernyer kat sini takde air lain...air gas jer...sorilaaa i dah band terus carbonated drinks...my hubby kt takperlaaa skali skala...I said NO NO....just mineral water will do...dah tak dapat COKE...dia bantai CORNETTO...tp iman i kuat I said NO...i don't want to be FAT..sabar jelahhh....

Aku ponteng kerje MC...takde sakit pun jelous tngk hubby wa cuti till end of the year....
bfast - baik sikitlaaa ...lagipun aku nak letgo NASI LEMAK from my life....not goodlaa..makan roti canai + kuih sikit....
Lunch - nasi goreng food court jer....sbb p beli groceries....
Dinner - sbb takut NASI...tp tingin nak makan TOMYAM...i took mihun tomyam + ayam goreng kunyit+kailan ikan masin....kantoi nyer nescafe tarik....
bilas dgn air lemon.....
Workout DAY 4 - warm up + aerobics+weight + cool down....

bfast - roti canai+donut+teh tarik....susah nyer nak let go teh tarik nie...mineral water perday is a COMPULSORY 2/3 liter..paling banyak kat office...
Lunch - p IKEA....cam org giler depa blog jalan ....hampeh tul aku kena park kat cineleisure ....menapak punyer ler jauh....tp ada hikmah dia....i burnt the calories...imagine I walked fast sbb nak kejar masa lunch time....i la ni tak mo eating outside...expensive laaa....i bawak bekal sandwich meatball+chicken....jimat2
yang tak best salary kena ptg....100++ tu menci tullaahhh...rupenyer UNPAID leave....sabar jelah....i think next year i have to keep a proper record.....admin kat sini bukan leh harap pun....sabo jerlaaaa
tapi sbb letih sgt... i cuma tapau nescafe ice...tupon tak habeh sbb manis bebenor ...i don't like....
sad story i receive a call from 1 of my customer's wife...sian dia...hubby dia main kayu tiga with my staff....she ask me to keep as a secret....budak2 skrg nie.....
last meal green apple....dah nak balik dah nie...membebel jer I ni kan...anyway wish all the bloggers HAPPY NEW YEAR....luv u all ...may our wish come true...especially live healty & keep fit....
