DIET

Disbbkan telah mengambil unhealthy food malam tadi......so I decide to have light meal for breakfast

6am - 2 spoon ACV + one glass water
9am - nesdecaf + ban kelapa 2 ketoi + green tea + 1000 mineral water
1030am - green apple + green tea
1140am - 1 ban kelapa + 1000mineral water
12.57 - 1 ban kelapa

EXERCISE

630am - lunges 1 minit + sit up 1 minit
9am - lari setempat 1 minit + triceps 1minit
10am - wall squad 3 set 45 second + butt exercise 50x + wall pumping 30x + froq squad 20x
1140am - squad hand behind 30x + lunges 20x
1220pm - squad hands up 50x...ponek den...
119pm - pumping 20x + triceps 30x
141pm - butt exercise 50x

* sambil jln2 balik desk leh buat trieps lg tu...mati laa ko LEMAX jaat...
