9pm - Mee Goreng special wt fry egg + prawn+ sate 5 cucuk..entah brp lah kalori aku terkantoi...hubby aku ler ni dok kena ayat dgn member dia..nasib baik sedap....lucky small portion..pastu aku cilok hubby wa nyer nescafe kureng manis..lepaskan gian...imagine sejuk lapar giler.... korang patut try mmg sedap giler...location kat KOTA DAMANSARA...mmg happening...I don't take a photo sbb heavy rain...mood pun sudah ilang sbb badan berlengaslaa kena tempias......

2pm - Brisk walk about 30 minit
3pm - staircase
4:40pm - wall pumping 20x + squad hand behind 30x
5:46pm - wall squad 3 set 45seconds...intro by BIM....nak tercabut nyawa buat ni..imagine lutut wa nak support body wa...
1030pm - Aerobic - warm 10min + lari setempat + kick boxing 15 minit+ juming jack 40x + sit up 20x + cool down 5 min+sauna 10min
Tungku 15 minit....kul 12:15pm zzzzz
