Saja jer tepek gambo ni ...besar kan biawak tu....aduii camno ni end of this year my membership dgn fitness First nak habih dah....nak g keje tadi nampak biawak cam KOMODO....dah laaa I baru cakap dgn hubby I nak start JOGGING every weekend without fail at my house area..biasalaaa I kan tinggal di kg....tu yg mcm2 ada...babi utan...monkey toksah dok kiralaaa...sesuka ati jer nak main2 kat kawasan rumah wa....my place takde proper place to jog...anyway this is the best place to JOG coz dia dekat kat hutan....ada bukit good for my PEHA yang mcm fafau dah ni.....I try my best .....asyik takut2 camna nak kuruskan....I decide CARDIO is a must 3 times a week...selang seli dgn WEIGHT....insyallah ala lagi 5kg jer nak turun.....chewah nak sedapkan ati sebenarnyer....

Treadmill - 40min
Wave machine - 40 min
Eliptical - 40min
Sauna - 10min
Steambath - 10min
balik kul 10pm....bukan main lagi wa balik lambat....hubby tanya awat balik lambat sgt....wa explain kat dia senyap terus...I DO THIS FOR YOU SAYANG...
