Rugi Kalau Tak Swimming ~ Thistle Hotel Port Dickson!!!

Kat sini mmg macam2 games disediakan
tak kesahlah dari kanak2 sampaila untuk adult
indoor atau outdoor pilih jer mana suker
semua kat level 1
tempat ni mmg besar
nak cari satu2 tempat pun cam tersesat
Nilah dia 
"swimming pool" 
Thistle Hotel Port Dickson....sgt2lah besar
dan dalam hokey....paling dalam 2.5m
untuk kanak2 disediakan asing
dan paling bagus ada lifeguard
Nampak tak air pancut kat tepi pool tu...yg tu bagus utk urut badan dan kepala
ala2 "terapi airlaaa"
 
aku suka jer kalau nak swimming pool besar camni
senang tak bercampur dgn ramai org....
senang sikit nak berenang
ni tak kalu pool kecik kena pulak ramai org mau berlaga...
 
gaya perenang tak berlesen hehe
dah makan besar2 pagi harusla bersenam yer
tapi mmg tak puasla takat mai 2 hari 1 malam 
tak banyak tempat kami sempat explore....
banyak sbb utk kami mai balik hotel ni 
terbaek!!!

Psst: Kalu datang sini mmg korang akan enjoy swimming pool dia...kalau tak pandai berenang bersidai jerlah kat tepi2 tu...hehe

Quaker Oat Cookies Snack Sihat!!!!

Semenjak umur semakin muda ni 
harusla mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat
tapi selera masih gak nak makan macam2
dalam dok makan macam2 kesihatan tetap jadi
keutamaan
 
So inilah snack sihat yg aku terai
sedapnyer kalah femes amos
(tifulah sgt!!!hehe)
Yang aku cuba ni pun bukan aku beli pun
heboh gak ler terrrbaca kat blog ramai dah cuba
kata sedap bebeno
yang ni my colleague yg kasi...tq Yaya
Dah terai sekali sedap
haruslah nak terai flavor lain pulak 
kan aku suke bau cinnamon...apalagi terai...sedap jugak...tp
mungkin yg bukan peminat herbs camni tak leh telan kot
jgn risau ada flavour lain 
"Chocolate Chips"
confirm korang suka punyalaaa
snack macam ni bagus....harga RM5 yg dalam kotak
ada 6's
kalau terdesak lapo besenya aku standby dalam handbag 
takdela tekak ni makan macam2
Lagi satu yg menjadi snack sihat pilihan aku 
"Honey Bunches Oats"
kalau org lain suka makan tit bit kerepekla...twistiesslaa
aku lebih suka kunyah ni 
lebih sihat
kalau tahap bosan aku campur dgn susu omega
letak oat sikit...kenyang for bfast dan dinner
tengahari aku jarang nak berdiet...hantam sajalah

Psst: Lately ni mmg aku sedar bila umur dah meningkat setakat diet ni mmg liat betul timbang nak turun...stress sikit pun badan leh naik...so dgn bangganya aku dah start exercise balik...malam tadi sukses...walaupun semput....terpaksala start JM balik...tgh cuba 20 minit sehari....itupun liat...pemalasssss tahap gaban...nak exercise mental kena kuat...eee tak suker badan ada lemak....rasa berat....penat...yg paling tak bess baju tak muat........tak sanggup nak tukar size...huhu!!!

Jenuh aku dok cari lagu ni
taip YANG tak jumpa2 rupa2nya
YANK...apa ker heinyer band mat indon
ni salah eja ker atau saja nak propa

Anyway aku naik syiok lak layan lagu ni
tapi waliband ni walaupun vocalist dia tak sekacak
pelakun2 sinetron tu

tapi sore dia bess & lagu dia ala2 lawak pun
dek sbbkan music arrangement dia jadi syiok lak aku layan
ni kalu buat joget2 pun sedap ni
dari aku layan POCO2 pun bohsan

Jom kita nari2 nak kasik sweat
sbb hari ni aku penat banget terlari sana terlari sini
pastu makan pun bnyk
mana nak kuruih huhu
nanti aku update yer...
mau pigi mandi dulu huhu

Kampung Grill - 3rd 99HTN

Nak duit mcm "nuffnang" silala klik2 CATCHEYE

Yessa hari ni sunyi sepi opis aku...sumer sibuk kuar ada appointment....leh ler aku gedik2 update blog.....

Alhamdullilah setakat dua hari ni pojek 99HTN aku berjalan dgn lancar...walaupun pelbagai dugaan melanda....especially biler tngk kengkawan makan nasi ...tetiba jer tngk nasi tu adalah makanan yg "tersedap" di dunia....

lagi satu "dugaan" yelah dari laki den....silalah baca dialog kami smlm

Mr Y: Boleh ker tak makan nasi sampai 3 bulan?"

Posh: Aku dgn tenang jawab buleh jer..so far takde yg mati kalu tak makan nasi

Mr Y: habis nak makan apa kalu tak makan nasi

Posh: leh makan roti, laksa, mihun...apa2 jerlah janji "BUKAN" nasi....

Mr Y: Alah makan sikit jerleee....bukan depa taw.....

Posh: Tak bley2 dosa taw ....ini bukan masalah contest atau sesapa ajer..ni adalah utk menguji ketahanan diri.....

Mr Y: Kan B dah kurus nak kurus apa lagi

Posh: Tak leh nak kene turun 10kg lagi baru puas hati...dlm hati poyonyer bley ker

Mr Y: Nanti kalu sakit saper yg susah (sambil geleng kepala)

Posh: Diam seribu bahasa....kang kalu aku menjawab lebey2 tetiba sakit kang aku gak yg susah...almaklum ler "suami" kan berdaulat....takper ler insyallah aku takde apa2 nyer...
cuma cam lemah sikit ler badan.....

kan pantang nasi...

Sempat lagi amik "deko deko" ...mostly deko guna barang IKEA
actually ni bukan "vast" tapi lampu
aku dok cari2 suis tak jumper

Restoran dia kecik jer....k lah owner restoran ni pandai gak dia mendeko

kasik tekap dgn tissue dulu
komen pasal makanan ni..
ayam dia tak bess cam ayam aku
cuma kentang goreng tu sedap

so kalu korang mau western food yg murah & berbaloi silalah datang ke restoran ni yer...

Balik jer dinner aku pulun dance exercise lagu "Pakai Buang" dalam 20 minutes...dah lencun puas hati...
lepas exercise rasa lapo giler
tapi aku bertahan
nak kuruih nyer pasal...

Kalu weekdays mmg aku tak larat nak ikut exercise
so aku prefer dance
kasi enjoy sikit
malas la dah penat nak ikut workout
frankly speaking
paling aku nyampah ialah
POCO POCO
tapi kalu buat ramai2 bess kot

Today's update
Bfast - Mihun goreng

Lunch - Mihun goreng tapau masa breakfast
lagipun takdak keta & geng nak kuar

Dinner??? lum tau lagi
nanti kan esok yer...

Mineral water is a MUST ya.

tapi siap2 ler asik gi toilet ler jawabnyer
hehe

Tapi sejak tak makan nasi ni rasa badan ringan sikit....
Hari ni aku pakai corsett
lagi ler tak rasa lapo
tapi apapun makan tetap kena makan
aku takdenyer giler nak kuruih sampai tak makan
JJCM tetap ku teruskan
walaupun tanpa nasi

Activity weekend Mr Poposh

Sebelum korang baca entry ni siler ler klik http://www.catcheye.com.my/?r=3375 mende ni tgh heboh leh dapat duit cam nuffnang..meh ler join beramai2...hehe..pastu tak reti2 nak klik2 iklan aku yer..

Hari ni nak citer apa yer...free nyer aku ..."boss" & the geng sudah kuar...pintu pun sudah kunci...meaning line clear la...yeye

Anyway aku nak ucap "Million Thanks" pada yg sudi jadi follower aku...pejam celik tak sampai 1 year alhamdullilah follower aku dah bertambah 300++...cayalah korang...keep supporting me yer...kalu ada link korang yang aku tak masukkan sila kasik tau yer....

Asik tepek muka aku jer...aku tepek muka poposh pulak lak yer...aku tau ada peminat "poposh" kat sini kan...asik tngk muka "tuan" pun nyampah gak...huhu


Tengok tu cam "jakun" kan....dia cam takut jer nak kuar umah...jalan slow2 ajer...kunun2 behave ler tu...kalu tak ikat mau dia lari tu...siankan bulu kat montot dia tu cam dah " botak" harus bawak ker dokter ni...aku suspek mesti "fungus" ni...kalu botak mesti poposh tak hensem lagi...
Mr Y la yg rajin bebenor layan dia p jenjalan kat taman...eee kalu aku tak koser...
Ni kalu tanpa pengawasan mau tergedik2 kegembiraan sbb dapat kuar jenjalan...



Dah penat jenjalan...makan sgl plant yg ada....letih apa lagi bobom ler kejenyer..ni betul2 tido ooo...aku lalu kat depan dia pun ....poposh buat deeek ajer..kalu tak mesti dia terkezut2...hepi kot dapat kuar...



Dah mcm "bunting" 18 bulan..ni kalu BOM meletop pun dia sibuk tido gak..hehe

Sebelum aku blah....saja mau update yg aku sudah start "exercise" tp bukan exercise yg melampau...start sikit2 dulu...malam tadi aku dgn jayanyer buat "shati berdansa" selama 20minit...lencun ooo...baru rasa ringan & segar balik badan aku...kalu tak lomah jer...baruler keep fit...hehe

Nasi still makan lagi...contest belum bermula lagi...hehe..sudah kasi tau sama Mr Y...mulai 1 november hingga February ...I tak makan nasi tau...tapi lauk sumer buleh....hehe

Tapi dalam dok sibuk diet ni...tetiba aku tingin nak makan "dessert" apa yg sedap yek....nanti skodeng lagi...camno nak kuruih ni...hehe

Mau tunjuk SKILL

Saje jer kasi gempak...bukan apa takat cakap swimming2 tapi betulker si POSH ni swimming ker auta ajer........jadi aku kasikler tunjuk gambo2 ni...hehe....

weekend
cam bese mesti ada bnyk aktiviti JJCMkan tak termasuk dgn makan lauk org kahwin yg berminyak2 tu...menakutkan...so takkan ler asik nak IN ajer (inilah antara sbb2 ketembunan berlaku)..OUTnyer takde...so sbb takut "KETEMBUNAN" (ini ayat aku sorang jerleh pakai...org lain tak leh..hehe) berlaku apalagi kenalah workout (aku dah insaf aku tak mo jadi SETEMBUN dulu)...

Tu sebab aku selalu mention...korang kalu nak makan apa mende pun makanler...but REMEMBER mesti mau burn balik the calories...setakat diet2 ajer mesti tak jalan punyer...silap2 naik berkoyan2......lagipun aku mmg jenis suka JJCM...takdenyer aku nak tahan tekak sampai tak leh nak makan apa pun...anyway life is short....so mesti mau enjoy..but make sure life must be balance...

Inilah antara workout yg menjadi favorite aku....senang no injured & no sweating..but can burn about 300 kalori...tngk ler korang kuak camner lak..hehe ..cuma aku nyampah nak kena tukar baju(kena follow dress code...jgn suka2 jer mau pakai apa terjun...tak pasal2 kena tangkap dgn LIFEGUARD..hehe)...pastu nak kena bawak toileteries bagai....

Sampai jer sempat pose lagi kat entrance...besenyer kalu tak p kat SHAH ALAM..aku p BANGSAR..aku tak kisah kat ner janji leh swimming...kalu kat rumah aku ada...mau ari2 aku swimming..sbb result dia nampak cepat beb...body pun santek tau semua terbentuk...tak gemuk tak kurus...just nice.....tak caya cubalah...hehe

Before start swimming mesti "warm up" dulu yer...jgn main terjun ajer...kang cramp tak ker niaya...apa2 pun workout kt buat mesti ada warm up & habis cool down...konfom badan tak sakitnyer..hehe

Sebelum mula mesti mau betulkan goggles dulu...korang mesti pakai cap tau..utk void rambut korang rosak kena klorin...pastu sebelum pakai cap tu letak ler conditioner or hair mask..idak ler rambut korang kejung lepas tu..

Sempat lagi posing2 dlm air...hehe..korang layan jerlah...hehe..itu kuak lentang ker...kuak katak ker tak kisah....yg penting gaya mesti lebey..wakakak...

Kalu tak pro lagi main jerlah kat tepi2 tu..kang lemas kang jenuh lak abg LIFEGUARD nak tulun...hehe...unless korang sengaja nak buat2 lemas ler..hehe

Kalu sudah separuh PRO cam aku leh ler p tengah...hehe..aku ada LIFEGUARD sendirik Mr Y.....yg sentiasa monitor biler aku swimming...hehe..bukan dia takut aku lemas kot...tapi dia takut dgn DUGONG2 yg suka mengekor bini dia..hehe...

Remark: RAJIN2 LER BERSENAM yer...Insyaallah leh selim punyer..nak seribu daya...tak nak seribu dalih...hehe

Psst: Aku paling menci kalu mai swimming pool tak swimming tapi suka bersidai kat tepi kolam..kalu sorang takper ...ni kan main bawak satu group..nak buat camtu tulun swim kat sungai yer..bikin semak jer...

Anti Oksidan

Customer lum masuk lagi..ada can mau update lagi...actually aku nak update JJCM...kang komer dok kata kat aku...kuat makan pulak...huhu...ada ker patut...aku mmg kaki JJCM tapi idak ler kuat melantak...haha...mau rasa & komen ajer at the same time leh share dgn korangkan......aku pun manusia bese...yg kene diet & exercise gak...idak ler selalu ktorg JJCM....rasa2 nak lepas gian or we know the new place...baru lah JJCM...ni tadi baru member kasi tau WILLIAM(halal tau)...restorant paling sedap, big portion & murah kat area KELANA JAYA & kedai tu takdok sign board bley....tapi korang leh mintak apa saja berkenan di hati....cam bes ajer...mesti mau ajak hb this weekend...maybe korang pernah p kot...leh ler kasi informasi sikit...aku mintak restoran tu nyer gambo...dia bg gambo dia tgh minum dlm gelas besar....siap bg tau ribena laici RM4.50 ajer...nak jer aku swing mamat ni...stop citer pasal JJCM..kita citer pasal diet lak yek...

Ktorg kalu Monday to Friday...takkemana2 mmg dinner amik yg lite2 punyer..cover balik beb...weekend sudah hepi2 makan kan...kasiler perut rehat sikit...tngk my menu last nite...BROKOLI STEAM

Brokoli ni aku mmg suker makan steam compare to fry & boil...nanti ilang kestiman dia...jgn ler stim lama2 kang layu lak ilang zat...ini adalah menu wajib aku mesti amik every week...beside pitted prune or kalu budget terlebih sudah PRUNE INNER SHINE lerr...korang kalu dgr ada diskaun kasi tau sama wa yek...

buleh gak kalu mau makan gitu jer..sbb mmg sedap & crunchy...tapi saja mau tukar selera makan dgn bake beans...korang leh gak makan dgn cili sos or thousand island...sikit2 udah ler...tp kalu strictly diet toksah ler...makan jerlah plain...nak kurus tak...

Before take meal wajib makan buah dulu...jgn ler makan buah lepas meal...mmg ler korang dah tau saja mau citer...actually aku la ni hanya makan buah PLUM(kunun2 suit to my blood type)...tp dok cari2 asik takde ajer...ikut musim apa buah ni....amik ler GUAVA...bagus utk selim..sbb kandungan FIBRE dia..senang nak membuang....VIT C dia pun tinggi...it is local produk...dan2 sokonglah buah2an tempatan...

Pastu mesti mau minum susu yer....kalu nak diet elok sgt ler minum susu low fat...make u full...akunyer fav mesti HL marigold...psst kat JJ 2 kotak besau RM8.95..

Jebat ni ler rahsia aku makan2...tp balik kenalah meronggeng POCO2.....kalu mood aku up sikit baru buat aerobik...pandai makan pandai ler burn back...kalu makan ajer TEMBUN ler jawabnyer aku..hehe..tapi SIT UP & JUMPING JACK is a must ya....mesti mau bikin hari2..bukan senang mau selim..aku pun kekadang kerlaut gak..wakkakak...dah jangkit dgn Jebat ler pulok

yang ni pun walaupun utk MALE..kdg2 aku layan gak sbb instructor dia pompuan...more tu kick boxing...best gak & lencun....hubby beli kunun2 mau six pack....kojap jer...yelah workplace dia ada gym...eksen mentang2 tempat aku takde..

So rajin2 ler bersenam yek...

Tahniah kat Kaseh sbb organize pertandingan seperti ni..mana tau ASTRO baca dia buleh buat program realiti. Kengkawan apa lagi pi la register. Aku pun nak gak mana tau leh jadi mcm JILIAN MICHAEL pun jadilah...body idamanku...haha..dia nak 10 org ajer...so bg lah kat yg betul2 perlu losing more weight..takper aku jadi cheer leader pun jadilah...hehe.

Too tired to exercise

Tips yg males or letih biler nak exercise....

You’ve had a long, taxing day at the office and you’re ready to head home and collapse in front of the TV. You promised yourself you’d do a thirty minute workout but feel too exhausted to even think about it. Does this sound like a familiar situation? Two of the most common reasons people give for not working out are lack of time and fatigue. After all, a long day taking care of family or working at the office takes time and energy. Unfortunately, you still need exercise for both fitness and relaxation. What can you do to motivate yourself when you’re too tired to work out?

1.Too tired to exercise: Have your iron levels checked

If you already exercise and find you’re approaching your daily workout with excessive fatigue and lack of motivation, see your doctor and have your iron level checked. Your doctor can do a blood test called a ferreting level which measures your body’s stores of iron. Aerobic exercise can cause slow depletion of iron levels with iron being lost through sweating and through leakage of small amounts into the gut with sustained movements. Plus, it’s not uncommon for women of child bearing age to be iron deficient. If you’re iron deficient, iron supplementation may make all the difference in your energy levels and your attitude towards exercise.

2.Too tired to exercise: Exercise when you awaken in the morning

If you feel tired and less motivated to exercise in the evening, try setting your alarm thirty minutes early and get your exercise session out of the way before the day starts. An early morning exercise session can help to energize and motivate you for the rest of the day. Plus, you can look forward to an evening of relaxation knowing you’ve accomplished your goal. This can be a simple solution to the problem of being too tired to work out.

3.Too tired to exercise: Do it anyway

Sometimes the best cure for fatigue is a vigorous exercise session. Have you ever noticed how you can walk into the health club exhausted but after thirty minutes of motion you feel energized and invigorated? There’s nothing like exercise to get your blood flowing and zap fatigue. If it’s difficult for you to get motivated to make that trip to the club, promise yourself a small reward after you finish your session if you follow through. Just make sure it’s not a jelly donut!

4.Too tired to exercise: Lighten up your workout

On nights that you’re too tired to work out, follow a lighter, less rigorous routine. To motivate yourself to take the first step, tell yourself you’ll only exercise for ten minutes. After ten minutes have elapsed chances are you’ll feel so invigorated that you’ll want to keep going.

5.Too tired to exercise: Change your exercise format

If you feel fatigued with a lack of motivation towards exercise on a particular evening, change your workout entirely and substitute something fun. Instead of walking thirty minutes on the treadmill at the club, take your dog for a brisk walk or do thirty minutes of stretches while you watch your favorite T.V. show. You can get back on schedule the next time you exercise and the variety will be good for you both physically and mentally.

Give these tips a try and soon you’ll no longer need the old excuse of being too tired to work out. Plus, you’ll look and feel like a new person.

Nak story apa yg aku buat last weekend...punyalah dah lama tak buat activiti swimming..hubby pun dah agree nak start balik swimming..yelah dia asik sibuk dgn business JAMMING dia ..sian kat aku..so we went to swimming pool kat Shah Alam...dah lama gak ler tak swimming..hubby tanya nak outdoor ker indoor...tngk outdoor dah mcm tmpt picnic pastu campur dgn budak2..tak mo lah...tak bess.......aku tak suker ramai2 ni...kang susah nak swimming..nanti mesti berlaga punyer..so kami p kat indoor..dlm tu kaki tak leh cecah......takut gak...tapi lucky i can overcome my FEAR...dapatlah buat dlm 10laps....not bad for beginners.....tapi masih tak leh challenge my hubby...dia laju...tapi yg aku paling menyampah skali bile ada mamat2 yg suker bersidai kat tepi pool...apa lagi mulut aku pun membebel la kat hubby...siap main2 air pulak tu...buat malu ajer kalu setakat nak bersidai kat situ baik tak yah p swimming...buang masa aje...semak betul & potong stim...tapi disbbkan semangat nak selim + exercise...aku buat bodo jer & lucky i manage tu lalu ajer...sbb aku swim kat tepi incase kalu aku tak cukup napas ker leh ler aku pegang kat tepi pool tu..tapi kalu mangkuk2 ayun dah bersidat kat situ aku nak pgg mana pulak...nak jer aku p sound .." kalu setakat nak duduk2 kat sini tak payahlah datang kat pool ni" p la lepak kat tempat lain...benci betullah...lagi satu kalu dah terror swimming tak yah lepak kat tepi tu p lah main kat tgh...bagi can lah beginner cam aku ni...sibuk ajer...
sian kat hubby kena monitor aku takut bini dia kena kacau kot...

Takde gambar aku pakai swimming suit or swimmingla..aku cuma snap signboard tu jelah..ingat nak mintak hubby amik ...kang dia cakap apa plak...pastu dah basah2 malas nak snap...sbb nak kejar masa...biasalah hubby aku sibuk dgn training org kahwin dia..so we have to go back before 9pm...yg best nyer masa nak balik dia leh cakap" ingat tadi leh amik gamba B tgh swimming"...sakit nyer ati..sabar jelah ...next week la pulak...mcm terror swimming...hehe

hehe...dah habis swimming terus p dinner kat PAKLI.


Tempat ni mmg favorite aku...compare dgn PAPPA ni murah sikit....apa lagi aku suka sgt roti bakar dia....pastu order lagik mcm2...nafsu nafsi la ni...KOPITIAM yg aku dah band yelah KOPITIAM BANGI...penipu besar & expensive...makan entah apa2 charge mahal...KID SEARCH tu auta jer lebeh...roti bakar dia lebih baik makan kat MAMAK punyer...


Tengok hubby aku lum sempat snap dah tak sabar nak ngap...aku siap suruh letak balik nak snap...dia mcm tak tau perangai bini dia yg suka amik gambo...kang takde mende nak update blog pulak...

yang ni aku saja gatai nak order..padahal bukan makan pun.....tak lalu maybe sbb penat sgt kot..lucky selamat calori aku...tapau bawak balik...sbb makan roti bakar pun dah kenyang sebenarnyer...hubby tngk aku cam tak lalu makan dia pun nak tapau chicken chop tu....(aku makan camni weekend saja tau...weekdays I eat clean as possible)

esok nyer amik ko satu badan sakit...tapi aku tak give up...petang tu aku buat JM1...kalu ikut ati maless...tapi biler pikir balik kalu maless biler nak selimnyer...takde cara lain mesti kena exercise gak...so far aku still menten exercise daily walaupun at least 15 min....but aku mmg suker swimming...ari2 swimming pun takper...aku rela...takde lak swimming pool yg dekat area rumah aku ni...dulu kat SAUJANA ada...pastu close for MEMBERs pulak.....dengki tullah...takperlah dpt weekend pun jadilah...tapi nak usha2 gak lah kalu ada yg dekat dgn umah...leh swimming ari2...
