9am - 1000ml + green tea 1 cup...kul 1130am baru habiss daa..
1130am - 1000ml + green tea ...baru jer amik lagi...
12am - IKO 2 keping
130pm - 1000ml ...3rd one baru amik...nak p lunch dulu apa wa nak makan ni...
145pm - nasi half + kacang panjang + tauhu telor...tingin nak amik sweet sour tapi sbb on diet telan ayak liur jelaa
3pm - snack raisin & cranberries
5pm - nesvita 3 in 1 green tea
9pm - green apple + mushroom spagetti sendiri bikin wt olive oil + soya bean
930pm - 2 glass air suam
11pm - intra

- pumping 20x...giler buat kat toilet hahaha
1pm - squad hand behind-tak tau nama apa - 25x
- wall squad..suka aku jer bg nama - 25x
130pm - squad 30x
- tricep 20x
145pm - walk about 30min
245pm - panjat staircase
438pm - panjat staircase..sj jer pakai toilet atas sbb BIM kata panjat tangga pun exercise...lagipun mlm kang nak aerobic...
915pm - aerobic 30 minutes
